Terms & Conditions

  • A registered user or other if booked by registered user can avail e-seva Quick Darshan on any prescribed available dates.
  • A Registered user can book maximum of five persons to book e-seva Quick darshan on any prescribed available dates.
  • Will be admitted to Darshan in separate way without waiting.
  • Any one amongst the mentioned ID proof are accepted as long as it is valid they are: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Id, Driving License, Ration Card for booking e-Seva Quick darshan.
  • Bookings made by pilgrims for e-Seva Quick darshan are final. Postponement / Advancement / Cancellation / Refunds are not allowed for successful bookings or transactions.
  • Pilgrims are advised to report at Special entry ticket counter near Dwajasthambam (Nazhikettan entrance) at prescribed reporting time. SRD reserves rights to change the reporting time, location and Dharshan time if needed then prevailing unavoidable circumstances.
  • Pilgrim should submit the original Photo ID proof, the same which was submitted during booking. It applies to the accompanying pilgrims too. Pilgrims are entitled to avail e-seva only if a photo of primary pilgrim is available on the receipt.
  • The Pilgrims are requested to follow traditional dressing norms.

    Male: Dhoti around waist and Shirt / Towel on the shoulder.

    Female: Saree or Half saree with blouse or Chudithar with Pyjama and upper cloth.
  • Transactions which are successfully debited by the Payment gateway but not confirmed back to (Srirangam Ranganathaswamy Devasthanam) SRD are deemed to be failed transactions.
  • Refunds initiation is at the discretion of SRD.
  • I have verified the e-seva dharsan availability date & time slot provided by the temple administration and accept the terms & conditions to book on only available date & time slot.
  • We have no history of Covid-19.
  • Pilgrims having an age of more than 65 years and less than 10 years and pregnant women were not included in the booking.
  • We will wear mask all the time and will maintain social distancing and sanitization / wash our hands frequently.
  • We will abide by the latest Covid-19 norms issued by the Central / State Government.
  • We will fully cooperate with Temple authorities with regard to Covid-19 and security measures under taken.
